Search by date, headcount and layout, then tap “I want to book”. If the venue takes more than an hour to confirm, your rate drops 10%. More than two hours, 20%. You never pay us a penny.
Rates are set by each venue and fixed for SimpleMeet bookings only. DDR = day delegate rate per person, inclusive of VAT, covering room hire, refreshments, lunch and AV. Without lunch, the DDR is 25% less and still includes everything else in a usual day delegate rate: room hire, refreshments and AV. All bookings are charged for a minimum of 5 delegates. Some rooms have minimum numbers. If your group is much smaller than the room, the venue may add a larger room supplement or offer an alternative package or room.
Tap “I want to book” and the clock starts. The slower the venue is to reply, the less you pay.
The guaranteed venue reply applies to “I want to book” requests only. Questions sent with “I need more details” are not covered. A booking request does not hold your date. No booking is confirmed until you have signed a contract with the venue. The clock runs 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Bookings made outside those hours start the clock at 10am the next working day, and time left at 4pm carries over to 10am the next working day.
Filter by city, headcount and layout. Every listing shows capacity for each layout and the day delegate rate.
Pick your date, numbers and whether you need lunch. You get a confirmation number straight away. Your date isn't held until the venue confirms, and if they take more than an hour your rate drops 10%, more than two hours 20%.
All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, the venue emails you a contract and arranges payment directly. Need something unusual? Send us a brief and we'll find it.
Tell us your dates for the year, or the pattern if they're not fixed yet, plus group size, layout and every location you run in. One request covers every course, in every city.
We go to matching training venues in each location and come back with which of your dates they can take and the day delegate rate they'll hold for the whole series, plus accommodation rates if your delegates or trainers need to stay over.
Pick your venues and agree the series directly with them, so your rate and your rooms are secured for every course. All dates are subject to availability until the venue confirms.
List each meeting room for £10 + VAT a month. When a client books through SimpleMeet, we charge commission on the gross pre-booked contract total: 7.5% + VAT for “I want to book” requests, or 10% + VAT for bookings that start as an “I need more details” enquiry we pass to you. Nothing on any other business.
“I want to book” sends the request straight to you. “I need more details” comes to us first, and we pass the question on to you.
The request arrives by email with the client's details and a confirmation number. Reply within an hour to keep the client on your full rate. After one hour the client's rate drops 10%, after two hours 20%. Failure to honour the guaranteed venue reply (no reply within five working hours, or the discount not applied) will result in a no reply charge of £10 + VAT, invoiced to you by SimpleMeet as per the terms of service. The clock runs 10am to 4pm on working days only and carries over from 4pm to 10am the next working day. Enquiries via “I need more details” are not covered.
Send your own contract to the client and invoice them directly. The money goes straight to you. Keep grant@simplemeet.co.uk copied in to your emails with the client until you receive their signed contract.
Upload the client's signed contract against the confirmation number no later than 3 days after you receive it. Before the event takes place, we invoice you commission based on the contract: 7.5% + VAT (I want to book) or 10% + VAT (I need more details) on the gross pre-booked contract total, payable within 14 days of receiving our invoice. Anything added after the contract is non-commissionable, and where the contract shows a range of delegates (for example 30–50), commission is charged on the minimum contracted number only.

It sends your question to the SimpleMeet team, and we pass it to the venue and come back to you. It doesn't hold a date and isn't covered by the guaranteed venue reply. When you're ready, tap “I want to book”.
No. Commission only applies to bookings made through SimpleMeet, each with its own confirmation number.
Commission is based on the signed contract. If a booking is cancelled and nothing is payable under the contract, there is nothing to pay. If a cancellation fee is payable, commission applies to that amount.
